The sizes of each item of clothing in relation to the body sizes have been increased, taking into account the fact that in order to fit comfortably, a garment must have ease built into it. Ease allowances depend on the type of clothing (the closer the product is to the body, the smaller the distance between the body and the item of clothing).

If you want to make sure that you have chosen the right size, we suggest to that you measure your own item of clothing and compare them to the size chart in product description window.

You can find a size chart of each product in product description window - section "Sizes&Specification".

How to take clothing measurements?

1. Chest width – spread the T-shirt/jacket/sweatshirt, etc. out on its back. Put one end of the measuring tape at the bottom of the armpit and measure straight across to the bottom of the other armpit at the fullest part of your chest. Multiply the result by 2.
2. Front length for jackets, hoodies, fleeces or softshells is measured from the point where the collar stand and jacket/fleece/softshell, etc. front seams meet.
3. Full sleeve length - this length is measured from the top stitching of the shoulder to the end of the cuff.
4. Waist measurement - pants measurement is taken with the item lying flat. Measure across the very top, then double. For stretch-waist trousers, we give the range "before / after stretching" in the size chart.
5. Hip measurement - measured with the item lying flat. Place the tape measure on the fullest part of the hips then double.
6. Full length of inside leg - measured with the item lying flat. The length is always measured from the crotch line to the edge of the leg.
7. Width of leg on the crotch line - measured with the item lying flat. The length is always measured from the crotch line to the edge of the thigh. Multiply the measurement by 2.

How do I measure my head circumference?

Put the tape measure above the eyebrows in the middle of the forehead (about 1 centimetre above the ears).
Keep your head straight. If your size falls between two sizes – choose a larger one.

How do I measure my hand?

1. mesurement described by letters, eg. S, M, L- in this case, you must measure the circurmference of your hand. Place the measuring tape around the hand at the fullest part (exclude the thumb). The tape measure should cover the hand loosely;

2. mesurement described by letters and numbers, eg. S (6.5-7) - used for ski gloves. The figure in brackets represents the length of the middle finger. The measurement should be made starting from the base of the finger to the tip of the middle finger.

How do I measure my foot?

If you want to choose the best shoe size using the size chart, we suggest that you should measure the length of the foot. To do so, follow a few rules:

1. Stand at the wall so that the heels touch the perpendicular surface, eg. a wall.
2. Place a book, a tape measure or another object at the big toe. Mark the end of the heel line of one side and the end of the toe on the other.
3. Measure the length of the line which corresponds to the length of the foot and compare it with the size chart.
4. Repeat the same steps for the other foot. If the values differ, choose the larger size of shoes.
