Can I modify or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you cannot edit or cancel an order after it has been placed. If you are registered customer you can cancel unpaid order in your 4F account.
What does my order status mean?
Each order goes through several statuses, including:
New order – registered in the system.
Awaiting payment – applies to prepayment, fulfillment will start after the payment is credited.
In progress – order completion (or payment in the case of prepayment).
Shipment sent – package handed over to the courier.
Under investigation – contact with the customer required before processing.
Completed – shipment delivered, informational status.
Cancelled – order not processed.
Unclaimed – customer did not collect the shipment.
What is a split shipment?
A split shipment means your order arrives in several packages, usually because it comes from different warehouses or stores.
Problems placing an order
If you cannot add a product to your cart, it means that it is sold out. A message should appear stating that it is unavailable.
Proof of purchase
Your proof of purchase is sent to your email when your order is shipped, and registered customers can also find it in their 4F account.
