When planning a trip, a ski trip packing list from 4F will be your best ally. It's a simple and clean note that features not only clothes or crucial skiing equipment, but also necessary accessories, first aid kit, documents or skincare products. Thanks to that, you’ll start gathering your ski gear earlier — at the stage of purchasing the essentials.
Ski trip checklist — what should you take for a child when skiing?
Our little ones will feel joy and excitement on the slope, while you get peace of mind and will rest assured everything is under control. Before you set off to the slope, make sure that you have checked off the following items from your ski trip checklist:
✔equipment (helmet, goggles) that will provide protection against potential falls and sun;
✔outerwear (shell jacket and trousers) — proper isolation against cold, snow or rain;
✔thermal clothing (thermal underwear and shirt) that retains heat and properly wicks away moisture;
✔protectors — additional protection of joints against injury, especially while learning how to ski;
✔skincare (UV cream) — it’s important to protect the child’s skin against sun at every stage of our stay in the mountains;
✔warm beverages that will warm up but also maintain the proper level of hydration;
✔snacks — they will come in handy during breaks while on the slope and supply more energy;
✔dressing pack (band-aids, skin disinfectants) in the event of minor injuries;
✔phone — while roaming the resort, it’s worth ensuring that when needed, you will be able to reach your child easily and quickly;
✔towel — comes in handy once you’re done skiing and to dry yourself;
✔change of clothes — comfortable clothes for a child to wear while resting once the adventure is over.
