If for some reason you wish to make a customer complaint , you can use the following "step by step" instructions.

If you are a registered user

complaint-steps

STEP 1.
Sign in to 4fstore.com (using your username and password). Then click on the button "Your panel" (upper right-hand corner).

STEP 2.

In the menu on the left, click on "SUBMISSIONS”, and then click on the "Report a complaint" button. When you see your order, click "DETAILS" and then "COMPLAINT".

STEP 3.

When you see the complaint form, choose the product(s) you wish to make a customer complaint about and enter the quantity.

STEP 4.

Fill in the box "The complaint description".

STEP 5.
Select your preferred form of compensation. You can choose: repair of goods, replacement of goods, termination of the contract or price reduction.

STEP 6.

Enter your bank account number.

STEP 7.

Click the "SEND NOTIFICATION” button.


If you are not a registered user

 




Finaliztion of the complaint

(the same in both cases)


STEP 1.

Wait for a confirmation email. In the message you will find the necessary complaint notification number (write it on the package) and the shipment address.

STEP 2.

Pack the product to be complainted include the copy of the invoice.

STEP 3.

Send your parcel to the following address:
