If you also want to run in the spring, you need to know what to wear depending on the temperature and how to prepare for this activity, especially if you have just started.

In the mornings and evenings, temperatures usually reach just above zero, so add a vest or light down jacket to complete the outfit. A lot depends on your individual preferences – some people don't need extra layers, and some people will be freezing. It is always recommended to wear one less layer of clothing for running than for walking, for example.
