Sweatpants should be chosen based on fit, fabric, and details such as reflective elements and side stripes.

To care for sweatpants, wash at temperatures up to 30°C, iron at 110°C maximum, and avoid tumble drying or bleaching.
-
If sweatpants are too big, they can be narrowed down professionally or at home with a sewing machine.
-
To remove resin from sweatpants, freeze the material, scratch off the top layer of resin, dissolve the remaining resin with tea tree oil, and wipe the area with vinegar mixed with water.
-
To remove chewing gum from sweatpants, iron the spot on medium heat through a sheet of paper or thin cardboard, or freeze the sweatpants and scrape off the gum once it is brittle.
-
To remove grass stains from sweatpants, try washing the stain with dish soap or soaking it in a solution of water and citric acid. Do not soak or wash grass stains in hot water, as it will fix the dirt.

Sweatpants can be worn for a variety of occasions, from moderate activities to everyday wear to the gym.
Buying sweatpants – what to consider?
When you buy sweatpants, you need to focus on the fit that suits you best– whether you prefer more tailored or loose models, with or without ribbed cuffs. In addition, it is worth taking into account the fabrics. Pants by 4F are typically made of cotton with an addition of synthetic fibres such as polyester or elastane to increase their flexibility, reduce creases, and make the clothes stay in their original shape for longer. Selected models are also made for the most part of polyester, with an addition of cotton – a soft knitted fabric results in even less creases, but usually offers less thermal comfort. We also offer women's velour pants, which are extremely soft and comfortable, designed for cold months.
When purchasing women's or men's sweatpants, it is worth checking the inside – some models can be insulated (the so-called brushed inside), making them ideal for cooler days. Some of the most important characteristics of sweatpants are ribbed leg cuffs and a waistband – some models have an external drawcord for adjustment, and some just an elastic welt. Carefully select products without drawstring to suit your body shape.
Men's and women's sweatpants feature comfortable open pockets that can carry small items. Some 4F models also have an additional back pocket and front pockets at the height of the thighs.
When you choose sweatpants, you should also pay attention to the details – reflective elements to improve visibility in low light, inserts such as side stripes and a raised logo that will make you look fashionable and stylish in any situation.
How to care for sweatpants?
Wash sweatpants at temperatures up to 30°C and iron at 110°C maximum. It is not recommended for sweatpants to be tumble dried or bleached. For detailed guidelines on how to care for individual models, see the care label that came with the product. Find out more about how to wash sports clothes available in our store.
Sweatpants – what size will be best?
Not sure how to choose the size of the sweatpants? Measure your body according to the recommendations available in our store, and then match the dimensions to the table.
How to narrow down sweatpants that turned out to be too big and for various reasons you do not wish to replace them with another size or return them? If you want to do this professionally, you need a sewing machine and basic sewing accessories. Start by removing the rubber strap on the side seams, then narrow down the pants on the sides, the waistband on both sides, the rubber, and resew the strap.
It is not recommended to sew through the strap and rubber together at the same time, as it will not look aesthetic. If you want to narrow only the legs in sweatpants, you can turn them inside out and tie them up with pins. After you take them off, all you need to do is sew them with the machine as marked. It is more difficult when the pants have a distinctive sweatpants ribbed cuff – if you do not have sewing skills, it is much better to have them fixed by a professional. You can't sew and do not know how to narrow down the sweatpants at the waist? You can order a special rubber snap-on strap that needs to be fitted from the inside (sewn) or adjust the width of the waistband with a drawstring.
